Discovery

Allmight is an incubator with a bold mission: create millions of jobs by empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. When Kevin Ricoy reached out to put together their launch trailer, the challenge was finding a visual language that could carry that weight — something that felt both aspirational and grounded in real people.

The moodboarding phase pointed toward a mix of kinetic typography and 3D — high-energy motion that could frame a diverse cast of working professionals without feeling like a stock photo reel. Mindnoding in Milanote helped map out the narrative arc before a single frame was built.

Design

With the moodboard locked in, I began building out the visual language primarily in After Effects, with some 3D elements built in Blender (like the dollar bill crumple animation). Layering kinetic typography over 3D is an aesthetic I always appreciate being able top implement.

The biggest challenge was the collage-like aesthetic requiring a lot of various assets. I leaned on a ton of public domain and open-source image libraries and spent hours for image selection.

Mixing some kinetic type, texture and logo animations for an impactful finish.

Delivery

The final piece blended kinetic type, texture, collage and vector animation into a piece that hits hard in under 90 seconds. Seeing it launch to 30,000+ views in the first two hours made the crunch to completion 100% worth it. When a brand's vision is this clear and the mission is this genuine, it's easy to pour everything into the execution.

"You crushed it, high attention to detail, zero sacrifice to quality…we're already clocking in at around 30k views after 2 hours."
